Our aim is to ensure that you enjoy and are fully satisfied with the experience of wearing one of our white shirts..
If after purchase, you are not satisfied with one of our products, you can return it within three months of purchase, washed or unwashed, for an exchange or a full and immediate no quibble repayment.
Security Policy
It is our aim to ensure that all transactions are completed in a safe and secure environment. Regardless of what happens on our site, there is no risk to you. We believe that ordering online with The White Shirt Haberdasher is completely safe.
We guarantee that if any fraudulent transaction occurs as a direct result of us processing your order, you will not lose out.
If your card is used fraudulently as a direct result of being processed by our servers:
- We will assume liability for the first £50 of the loss. Your credit card company is obligated to take responsibility for the rest.
- We will do our best to work with credit card companies to minimize the hassle for customers.
Credit card details are not stored on our Internet servers.
Once the payment has been validated and approved, details are deleted. This does mean customers will need to repeat their credit card details for every order - a minor inconvenience -but one that makes it safer to order online with us.
If we suspect that a transaction may be fraudulent, we reserve the right to delay the dispatch of goods or services until the order can be confirmed. We will also report any suspicious transactions to the credit card company.
Service
We aim to dispatch all orders within two working days. If you return an item for an exchange that is in stock then we will dispatch your exchange the next day. Your business means a lot to us and we do not want to lose it. Please feel free to contact us if you need further information.
