If any The White Shirt Haberdasher shirt fails to meet with your approval, you can return it within three months of purchase, washed or unwashed, for an exchange or a full and immediate repayment.

We aim to despatch all orders within five working days. If you return an item for an exchange that is in stock then we will despatch your exchange the next day. The White Shirt Haberdasher cannot accept any liability for a failure to comply with specific instructions stated in the garment, catalogue, or website, and in particular we do not guarantee any shirt, that has been washed in optical brightener, which will result in a loss of colour over time. This statement does not affect customers’ statutory rights.

- Our website will endeavour to display all items in our current range. We try to hold stock of all styles and sizes, whilst a product is in the range. Occasionally, if an item is out of stock, then the expected delivery date will be highlighted in your shopping bag. This date is liable to change. The stock status will also be displayed on your order confirmation.
- Prices and availability of goods are subject to change without notice. This means that the price confirmed after placing the order may be different from that charged at delivery.
